Pontiac Bonneville vs. Toyota Matrix (pics, good luck 56k!)
I just found out the hard way that the Bonneville wins. Some lady took a left turn right in front of my car. I managed to consolidate the damage to the drivers side, but I totally obliterated the other cars front end. I guess that'* what she gets for messing with American muscle :? and not checking traffic. Good thing I swirved to avoid the passenger cab because her kid is where I would have hit if I didn't. Pics coming soon.

That stinks. Sorry to hear, and glad you're ok. I rear-ended a Vibe (basically the same car) years back with my first Bonne. I was going very slow but still managed to do $2600 in damage to my car and absolutley none to hers. Good thing I didn't though.

I'm worried that the damage to the front end might be enough to total it. You know how insurance companies are. :-\ The car is worth well more (to me) than the insurance company will pay to have it repaired. Hopefully the repairs aren't that much, because I would have a hard time parting with this car. Mechanically everything is fine, the hood is bent, the bumper is severely damaged, the driver side front fender is bent, and the light is toast, as well as the fog light, and the metal behind the bumper seems to be bent. I know I'd be sticking with a Pontiac in a new car, but I really just want mine back on the road.

Every one has the potential to drive poorly if they don't pay attention
