The title sounds good.... 
Reading the comments posted about the article is interesting stuff. There'* a whole bunch of psuedo-intellectuals who think they've got it all down, isn't there?
Though I do agree that, were Russia a country that people felt was worth immigrating to, a big portion of their problem would be resolved.
