Understandable, but unfortunate, and not just for him. An eye for an eye makes the world go blind. Gandhi said that, when told by a Muslim extremist that the Muslims would always fight the Hindus, as long as they existed. Ironic that Gandhi was later killed by a Muslim extremist, when he was the one who worked so hard to bring an impartial, lasting peace between the Hindu and Muslim factions in India. Just something to chew on...
