i just a commercial for new high endurance oil. it said 5000, 7500, and 15000 mile protection guarenteed. 15,000?????? what do you guys think?

It's Mobil, and they gaurantee it. I personally run Mobil1 6000 miles before a change. Just make sure you run a HIGH quality filter with it.

yup, 3800's are pretty good with the oil... I have seen some motors beat the living crapp out of the oil...lol

Hahaha that would be my car.....looks like I've gone 5,000 miles on Dino oil when I've only gone about 7-800 miles.

Actually, I realized that quite a few people knew about this before I even posted about it. I should have known, since a good portion of you guys use Mobil.
