Ohhhh Noooo....

As some of you know I am a landscaper. I work with a family buisness owned by a friend I graduated withs' dad. I enjoy my job as it is fun and professional at the same time. It is just my friend and his dad + me that work. Sometimes another friend I graduated with works. No one under the age of 18 has worked for us in a couple of years. Well, sadly tomarrow is gonna be hell. Why? Remember the 13 yr. old girl that got ahold of my keys and put a smelly labador in my car? ya, she is going to work tommarow. Ohhh.. that ain't all folks. Two lazy 16 yr. old girls will be working tomarrow too. Then our potential new employer is a 15 yr. old dude that doesn't have a clue what to do.

So, depending on how my day goes tomarrow. There is a good chance i'll be getting wasted of my a$$ in the worst way tomarrow night.

Park the LSS far away from them. FAR. Walk to work.

Ohh.. don't worry about the LSS. My friend made a "premier" parking spot for me deep in the woods a year ago. The job site tomarrow is 5 miles away from the "office" where the LSS rests. Its just the fact that i'm going to get harrased by them all day at the job site. I also have a feeling that i'm going to get harrased about a subject I don't like getting harrased about. I can hadle 1 person pushing the topic but not 6. Especially a bounh of junior high and early high school kids.
( Sorry high schoolers , no offence to you. 8) )

my best advise is to lay down the rules and what you expect within the first minute of work. Tell them how it WILL be or tell them to go home. (make them walk back)

Being a landscaper I know what's its like when someone (that includes me too) has a bad day.
