I had At&T last year when I was living at a different apartment complex. Out of the blue I recieve a letter from AT%T and in the letter is a check. The letter stated that the representative from At&tT discovered that I was overcharged for the year I had them for service and issued me a check for $75 in compensation. I was completely stunned that they offered that refund like that. :shock: Usually a company will take the money and run!

State farm did that for me too this year, now if I could only find the cheque... :roll:

Kinda unrelated but my bank returned my $31 overdraft fee for me. When I overdrafted by 2 cents :shock: They charge u the overdraft when your a dollar in the hole. I was -$1.02

Nice of 'em. Will go to my new gauge cluster!

hmmm... In the last couple months just for being a customer for 2 years, Nextel has given me at least $200 in bill credits and they lowered the price for my plan and included more crap into it too...

God I love this carrier.

State Farm sent me 3 checks this year, but it doesn't even come close to evening out Excel Energy tacking on 50 per bill, just for the hell of it. It is an actual line item in the bill "Fuel Resource Surcharge". :evil:

If AT&T ever does anything noteworthy, it's probably to avoid a class action lawsuit of some sort. They probably realized that the overcharging was illegal and they were going to get caught by the attorney general.
