Not such a good day
 

Well, most of you probably know that I am no longer driving my Bonnie. Today was my first day without her. :cry:
SO, we are borrowing my Mom's car while she is out of town.
The wife drops me off at work, and heads out to a friend's house. I call my Boss at my other job to see if my wife can pick up my check since she'll be driving right past there. Come to find out pay week isn't til next week. :x
Not cool, this means since this is the 1st, rent is due which left us with $7.33 for the week.
So, we decide to call a salvage yard who agrees to come pick up the Bonnie for $200. :(
But, we need the money. My boss gives me the okay to leave early to get his done.
The wife calls around 2:30 to tell me my Mom's car has a flat. :evil:
She got it inflated, luckily the house she was at had an air compressor. So she was going to drive into get me like 20 miles with my 3 yr old in the car. :?
She made it there okay,, but you could here the air coming out of tire. I rush to get home to meet the tow truck and put the spare on my Mom's car.
Rush to get the CD changer out of the Bonnie before the tow truck comes, then put the donut on my Mom's car.
Wrecker was supposed to arrive at 4, waited til 5:30 and he never shows.
Now, I have to get to the tire place by 6 to see if they can fix it.
Get there and find out the tire is covered under road side hazard, but they can't fix it, they have to replace it. The tire was free ( was a $130 tire) :D , but costs me $17 for mounting, so now I am short on rent. :cry:
Luckily, I have a good friend who lent me $20 to pay my rent, and he bought dinner. (New Smokehouse Bacon and Ham pizza form Papa John's, not too bad BTW) :)
So, now I am still broke and have no groceries.
Two good things came out of this though,:
I think I am gonna help my buddie do some work tomorrow to make some extra $, and...
The wife is finally seriously considering fixin the Bonnie..... :spin2: :flashbounce: :clap: :banana: :headbang: :greenbounce:
Believe, I'll be tryin hard to talk her into it!!!

Hopefully this dark cloud will have a silver lining ;)

That's what I am praying for.
