Default Assorted pics and question

First, a couple of pics.
I took my son to work one day the other week for Take Your Child To Work day and we got into Bud Selig'* office and took some shots. (He owned the Brewers for a while besides being baseball commish)

He has a baseball shaped rug in the entrance way.

This bench is loaded with autographs from all the greats...amazing

Anyway...my question.
Has anyone created a Bonneville pinewood derby car?
My son is in scouts and has 3 years of creative cars.
The carrot car finished 4th
the pencil car was fun to make, but didn't show.
The Crest toothpaste car won first in creativity and fastest.

Now the adults want in on the action and are making cars. I want to do a Bonneville car.
I have a year to do it. Wish me luck

Good luck. That'* quite a job that you have ahead of you. But, as they say...just carve away anything that doesn't look like a Bonneville.

You'd probably have to add a lot of material to make a Bonne work. Good luck, though, let us see what you come up with.

If that don't work, there'* always this....
