Bonneville Fest 2004 -- MAKE YOUR RESERVATIONS!
What is Bonneville Fest 2004 © ? <-- like that little ©....I do. 
Bonneville Fest will be a 5 day, 4 night event revolving around Bonneville Club members with pre-organized events. Paid expenses will be the little background things that make everything run smoothly. Such as calling up the drag strip and setting up a few lanes for bracket racing or reserving seats at the Rockford Speedway. (more explained below)
You WILL have to pay for gas, most food, and hotel. However, a single hotel will be "reserved" as a central point for all BC members to stay each night.
Where will Bonneville Fest 2004 be?
Rockford, IL -- big city, with its good and bad areas. The hotel will be located just off of East State Street (the commercial area which is "well-off"). Rockford is big, lots to do, just please don't get lost. I've heard rumors of underground street racing syndicates running during the early morning hours...so trust me, LOTS to do.

July 21st - 25th
What will we do at BonnieFest?
Here is how the schedual looks like for each day so far:
Wednesday -- 3:00pm - 5:00pm = meet at local Rockford area park for official check-in and showoff of cars. Pizza may be served, as well as T-shirts, stickers, etc.
6:00pm on = check in at hotel; free time
Thursday -- 11:00am - 3:00pm = Trip to Volo Car Museum
Friday -- Group picnic at Rock Cut park (time unknown)
6:00pm - 10:00pm = Rockford Speedway (pending)
10:00pm - on = party at will
Saturday -- 9:00am - 5:00pm = Byron Dragway (daytime track)
6:00pm = dinner at local steakhouse
Sunday -- Unknown
How will I get there?
This by far could be the easiest or hardest part of BonnieFest. You have to get there on your own. I will post an exact address of the park and hotel when time nears, but use Rockford, IL as a basic point. Carpool, make it a 5 day trip, drive 160mph to get there in a day, whatever...this is up to you.
How much will it cost?
$15.00 per person*
$5.00 per extra passenger*
*this may change, in other words...no fees at all

Its time to start taking BonnevilleFest seriously now. We have 4 months left and its time to get some serious co-ordination going.
We need hotel listing first off so that we can make reservations. Steve, I know you have started and suggested some places. Do some serious looking into this for us and come back with some numbers for us.
Kyle (Allmachtige) has been really busy lately and we'll start making this happen. Lets get some serious feedback and suggestions. Also we need to get numbers on attendees. Lets get A LOT of members coming for this.
Post up in National Meets and stay tuned to this thread for updates.
