Motor City Online. Best automotive simulation racing game to date and I was a veteran at that one. 
Give me a Mach 1 over a 'vette anyday in that game and I'd own on the ovals.

YES! SOMEONE FINALLY GUESSED IT! I loved the game, but, alas, it had alot of problems too :( Couldn't be competitive in much except for the Vette, the 65 Stang and, yes, I know from experience, the Mach 1 on some road courses I ended up taking most of those pics during test driving anyway. 90% of my cars weren't competitive, but God did they handle, and they were fun as hell to whip around the track, even if it was alone Loved that game, still though, for all it'* problems... I always wished they had had the insight to, once the game failed, to make a single-player game with the same art assets and such. Game would've made a far better SP experience anyway, IMO. Congrats Allmachtige
