Coolest Car
What is the coolest car you have ever owned or driven?
(Besides the Bonneville, everyone knows that is the coolest)
Mine would have to be my Aunts Hummer

96 Viper R/T10.
At 120mph around the outerbelt...
I worked at a parking lot back in 97, and when the guy came in, we were full up and taking keys. He was in a hurry, and was rather upset that I couldn't clear a space for him. He practically threw the keys at me, then took off running for his meeting.
He came back slightly after five, which is when I usually leave, but I remembered he had said he would be down right at five, so I stuck around to make sure he got his keys.(Knowing that if I turned them over to the manager, he'd probably take it for a run around the block, and get me in the sh*t)
He was very apologetic, saying that he had just come off a bad sales meeting, and was headed for another that looked to be worse. In an effort to make up for his rudeness, he insisted we take a spin around downtown. When we got down towards the interstate, he told me to take it down the exit, and we were off towards the outerbelt.

The coolest car I've ever driven is....sadly probably the 2006 Impala LTZ. I don't often get a chance to drive other people'* cars. My friend (family friend) works for GM and he gets company cars.
he came down from Michigan to visit us and I mentioned that he had a nice car and I liked them He threw the keys at me and told me to enjoy myself.
I went pretty quickly (I was nervous.) I came back and said it was a really nice car. He looked at me and said "Did you beat on it?" I said "No" He gave me a frown and told me to get in the car and he drove....like a MANIC.

the COOLEST car I've ever driven would probably have to be the 350z
I drove one at the stealership that I worked at for like a month and a half...
I thrashed it pretty good, but I wasn't impressed with the torque curve at all. It wasn't as fun as it could be, IMO.
Oh, and yah, it had the LSD

I've got a couple other nominees for the coolest one I've driven.
Another one at the lot was a turboed Geo Metro. The whole turbo could have fit inside a large coffe can and rattled...
The other was an absolutely mint, and I mean CHERRY, Lincoln MarkV. The only thing in the entire car that didn't work perfectly was one burned out element in the display one the 8-track radio. Even had a couple cartridges in the glove compartment. The dud who bought it did right by it, too. I ran into him a couple years later, and the thing had a 406ci stuffed in it, but he hadn't touched the body or interior, still perfectly cherry...
