Default Photoshop gurus help please (if possible)

My wife has started a scrapbook of our daughter. Unfortunately we only had a crappy camera when she was first born. So, some of the pics she has are pretty pixely.
Is there any way these can be cleaned up?
Thanks in advance for anything that can be done.

Any ideas? I don't expect perfection, but they can't get any worse.

unfortunately, you can't ever add data to a picture, if its not there, there is nothing to correct it by. the best that could happen would be to "Sharpen" the picture, but all that really does it make the pixels more prominent. I would say, live and learn, backup your data, and get a new camera

Yeah, don't you watch CSI?? They can zoom in a security camera still from 7 blocks away and get your fingerprints from it....

a slight smooth will help a bit but too much will make it worse

I played around with a couple. They did come out better, but the difference between them and your originals is VERY minimal.

Thanks for trying. Could i possibly see what you were able to do, or did you not save them?
