I need help with equations
im going to take some college entrance exams but i dont really know how to do my equations, could someone please explain this to me. here is a link im using for some practice problems, im stuck on problems like number 14 and 15.

Move all of the variables to one side and the non variables to the other... then divide...
Like 14...
2x + 6 = 4x - 2
change that to
8=2x
then divide by 2
then you get the answer 4
