Moving out!
 

Moving out at the end of the month to a nicer place than I am in now, which is saying something since my town house is pretty nice. The new place will be all newly renovated, brand new appliances, never lived in, and I got a hell of a deal. Plus I will have access to a pool and sauna 24/7 365. Large stocked lake for fishing, paddle boating, lighted path around it for running/biking, tennis courts, underground parking. Pretty much the works.

In preparation for this I'm cleaning house, getting rid of all the junk I've collected and getting ready for some much needed upgrades and changes. The stereo system I have now will be gone this weekend hopefully. It's big, awesome, bangin, and hasn't seen past 20% volume in the past few years other than when I used it for my sisters wedding. Going to jam it one more time for a party this weekend and then it's sold. Replacing it with a slightly more economical solution that I'm sure Komahoby will appreciate, its due to be delivered Monday or Tuesday. Also ordered the slim drive I need to complete my tiny media center computer. Almost ordered a new executive leather office chair, but decided I need to do some more research.

Other things on my list are a computer desk to replace my card table I've been getting crap about for about 3 years. A trade on my big safe for something a little smaller. New bed linens. Another monitor/TV, something bigger than the 27" I've got now.

wow you are so lucky man. im still stuck at home with my mother and my sister. only positive thing about it is the garage, the weights in the basement, the computer, and my bedroom.

I can dream can't I Dan? That should be included in the next move hopefully.

Fabio, I say enjoy living with your parents while you can. I miss home cooked meals and no bills. Still go back on the weekends to visit.

I'm going to need to upgrade soon. This two bedroom is getting a little small for my family of four.
