mom is home :(

Late last night, my mom arrived home from Chicago, ending her stamping+scrapbooking booth at the Chicago Exposistion Center. The party is over here. The pizza and beer has been cleaned up, and the tank filled up to exactly where she was before I took some joy rides. It just isn't the same here anymore, I don't get to do anything.. once again. That and she won't stop talking about her whole expo thing, and how great this, or how bad that. That, and I don't have any clean spoons! BAH!! anyone know how to work a sink? What about that bottley thingy.. I think its called soup.. or soap maybe? Just thought i'd share the fact, my fun has ended.

I know exactly how you feel. My parents got back from their mini-vacation at noon today, but they're leaving for San Francisco on Wednesday. I'm just thinking how hard its gonna be gettin the Z back in the same spot on the lift. :)

sheesh. when my parents left for a week I was a 'good' kid. I did laundry, dishes, cleaned the house up... when they got home they said they need to leave more often. lmao. I got a LOT of stuff done while they were gone. They were impressed.

What's wrong with you? I like to keep everyone thinking I'm inept at household chores. It'll work in the long run.

Haha, yeah I always park my baby straight, but before she left I parked her off center, that way I could park her off center again, and she'd never know the difference ;). I didn't do a damn thing to help her out, except sleep, eat, and leave. At least I didn't make a mess.

That would be a bummer! She may not have thought about it before she left.

Yeah, she probably believes you behaved yourself...

opensourceguy 09-26-2004 06:22 PM

She wrote it down, but while I was putting the dash back together, I unplugged the odometer controller, so no mileage change ;). She did think I behaved myself. My dad told her to take the battery with her, but she knows I have spares. That, and my dad thinks i'm stupid. Plus, I did behave myself, Not like I hit anything or anyone, I filled up the tank to where it was sitting before she left, and I made sure I screwed up the seat enough to think I was seting the lumbar functions and such. Plus I cleaned my tires, so the tar which ended up on my tires during my little "chirping of the birds" wouldn't show up either ;).

Okay, you I think win the award for the worst teen ever.

Sol 09-26-2004 06:37 PM

I could never have a party at my house. I'd be facing death with my parents.

lmao!! I would like to thank.. my lady friend, jayme, for providing the actual will power to take the car out for a 100+ mile trip. I would like to thank my dad, for giving me the "asshole" gene, and my mom for giving me the "crazy" gene. And, best of all.. I would like to thank pearl, for surviving the trip w/o power brakes. loL!

Why do you say I am the worst teen ever? I just cover up my tracks, so I don't have to lie.

LOL, i guess that's one way to look at it. I guess I would never carry out such an elaborate plan, but then again, I'm the typical good girl... :)

opensourceguy 09-26-2004 09:28 PM
