Look in "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\software\microsoft\windows\cur rentversion\run" This is the primary place for things like this too install themselfs. You may be looking for something that is running from some oddball directory. If you want, take a screen shot of it and I can look over it for you. Or hit me up on either Yahoo or MSN form the links below and I can help you thru it.
FYI: credentials - I do this kinda stuff for a living

OK, the first 2 (Bike Draw and Carpserv) I am unsure what these are. The first file name fite the profile for adware. The seconf I am unsure of since there is no path to the file location. The only other one I would be concerned about is the "One flaw math scr..." one. There are VERY FEW applications that install them selfs in documents and settings folders.
The very first thing I would do is backup the registry (registry -> export registry file -> enter a name and save it). This will be you way out incase something goes wrong.
It wouldn't hurt to get a screen shot of your task manager and all the active exe files that are running.

Just back up your files and format! lol I seriously always format when I have spyware cause I dont have any important files on my PC like pics of family and stuff cause my PC is strictly gaming. Not knowing your experience with computers but have you checked up the startup folder to see if there is anything in there or checked the Programs folder for the folder which might contain the program. Also type MSCONFIG in RUN and then go to the startup tab and see if anything in there looks familiar.

OK, here is my first suggestion. There are 2 files running that I would kill to see if the bar goes away. Try killing objectdock and carpserv. See if it goes away after these exe'* have been stopped.
