What'* happening to my family?!?!?!?!
One of these (2002 Lincoln LS V8 ):
And five days after (today) that was bought another one arrived, a nicer one, but in a little less desireable color (2001 Lincoln LSE V8 ):
Funny thing is this car is still around (just brought back to daily driver status) and with 230k miles it is still faster than either of the 4.0L V8 Lincolns.

Out of all the cars at the Minneapolis auto show the Lincoln LS'* have always been the most uncomfortable to the point where a log in the woods is more comfortable. Nice looking cars, if they only gaave more support.

Even the V8 IMO is pretty sluggish for its' rating. I've driven one, seats were unconfortable and felt like a Ford Escape'* seats. The quickest I could get out of it was a 7.5 flat 0-60.
EDIT - Here'* a video of one.

Its a 3.9, not a 4.0

If you can get your hands on one of the McClaren modified ones, try it out...wholy different experience. Quick, nimble, light-footed. They're a downright hoot to drive, very tossable.
(Not the same McClaren that made the F1, it'* an aftermarket tuner that did a special edition for Lincoln.)
