I've never been to Montreal for the GP, always wanted to though. Tix are pretty hard to come by. And ya, in order to get back into the US, you'll need your passport.

Went to the Molson'* Indy the first year in Toronto, I worked for Goodyear at the time and sat in there section, I got the hats, framed posters etc. I will never forget the feeling of hearing and feeling the rumble of the cars racing by you during practice. I do believe car lovers should experiece it once in there lifetime.

You can use your birth Certificate and a drivers license for now.

F1 cars don't rumble... They howl @ ~3-4k Idle and scream above 15k

More like 6k idle and 18k + on the throttle. HOWL isn't even CLOSE to being the right word.....I went to the US GP a few years back, and the sound of a Ferrari F1 car coming down the straight is nothing short of PRIMAL. It taps straight into that tiny little piece of our brain left over from the monkey stage of evolution, and tells it, "Little monkey, hiding in your tree, something in the forest is so big and strong and angry that it doesn't CARE how much noise it makes.... and it is coming for YOU!"
