Anybody Know A Thing About Eagle Talons???
i was looking through the want ads yesterday and i found this -
1991 eagle talon tsi awd turbo
2.0L DOHC 5-spd. 80K Miles - New clutch, slave cylinder, new timing belt, custom interior, red neons to accent the foot area on both sides, air intake with K&N filter, mesh grille kit, performance chip, 16" rims, JVC 200watt cd player, pioneer speakers all around, profile 600 amp, 2 12" sony explod alumminum subs in a box. $2400/bo
Im going to go look at this car today, but i did some research on these cars and i guess the clutch and the timing belt go early but they have been replaced.
Im still keeping my 96 bonnie but this talon could be a nice extra fast car to have.
Any help would be appreciated

Jeff 2x10 or whatever said he used to have one. They can be very very fast and only 80k for a 1991 is pretty good.
Definietly get the turbo checked out though cause at 80k if it has been run hard it could have some problems.

ya i got some money to spend and the car being so cheap and being sold with the mods and the system it has makes it seem like it will be a fast car. Cause theres only so much i can do with the bonnevile. well i looked at the car today and it was very clean, has 83535 miles on it, has decent tires and brakes, so i think im going to give that person a call tomorrow to buy it. ill give the car a good tune up, change the wires and plugs and hopefully it will last a while.

Uuhh... guys, for $1000 dollars you can make these cars run 12'*... It'* worth it. I deal with them often. But the first gen Turbo Eclipses are the best.

The 2.0 liter DOHC Turbo Mitsibushi motors are very strong and the stock AWD system can support between 400-450 hp.

I've heard nothing but bad things about Eagle Talons...that'* why I voted to forget it.
But don't worry CIZ58...you're not "not so very smart"...I wouldn't ever buy Japenese cars either...
