I had to take a food safety certification test in order to keep my current job as a restaurant manager. I took the class last wednesday and checked my results today. I got a 100% and passing is 70%. No one in my company has ever scored that high before, including the person conducting the training courses, and the owner of the company. This is a pretty hard test and is used nationwide for a lot of restaurants. I'm pretty stoked! Time for some celebration.

It'* a franchise-owned pizza place. I hope to use the certification to get a new job somewhere. but shhhh don't tell that to my current company who paid $300 for the certification.

closest "larger" city to me is Kalamazoo. Even then I'm nearly an hour west of K'zoo.
