Mac photoshop freeware?

I am a mac user and I don't have Adobe Photoshop, but I want to make my own signatures... does anyone have any freeware that does something similar?

Does about everything Photoshop can do, but IIRC it's not compatible with PS plugins, but if you're just doing siggys, all you need are the ones included. Good luck!
