No signs of a virus, whatsoever? Did you upgrade to Snow Leopard from an older OS, or bought it w/ *.L.?

My MacBook Pro came with Tiger. (Yeah, it'* old.)

Didn't get any faster with Leopard.

I was thinking about upgrading it until I installed Snow Leopard, and that let go of the cat'* tail. My first word was "holy." You can guess the second.

It'* running great! I have Disk Warrior and run that occasionally. The only issue I have had is with the keychains. I've had a few break, but the Disk Warrior repairs.

The iPhone 4...rocks!

Virus free open source web surfer = linux
Power user = Windows
People who haven't discovered the great power of linux = MAC

Thats the whole truth there. I'm a pc gamer, so i use windows 7 ultimate 64-bit. If people are just gonna log onto facebook every day, just use linux. free software. you can always find an open source replacement to mac or windows software on there.

Everything is vulnerable to a virus, Trojan or male ware. It just doesn't make sense for most of the coders to spend all that time building one for a OS or platform that has less of a market share than the major players.

Sweeeet. I can't believe the upgrade to Snow Leopard made that much of a difference. I dunno wht Apple doesn't advertise the Mac line better. You use Time Machine?
