can i change the radiator on a 2000 galant.? need some help
hi my sister is coming to visit and she is bringing a new radiator with her as well. she has a 2000 galant not sure if its the 2.4 or 3.0 liter. but i changed my radiator and its nothing. is it that simple for me to do hers.? or is there more then just the fans blocking in the radiator on this car.? does anyone have any experience or advice. she cant afford the $150 the shop wants to install it with it being christmas . she can use that for gifts.. so gear heads and fellow members what have yo got for me.? need answers today if possible. i cant find nothing online....

I forget the exact set up, but you should be able to do it.. Fan'* will have to move but should be an ok swap
And I agree.... If you can put a Bonnie Back together..... I have the confidence in you to put a radiator in a Mitsu

Just make sure to check for coolant level sensors and transmission cooler lines. It can be embarassing to start pulling it out and realize you've just kinked four hard lines and ripped off a wire. I'm pretty sure it has both.
Nothing too hard though, it should be the work of a couple hours and a few beers.
