Default BG Products ??

What do you folks think of BG Chemicals?
Thinking of having an intake service done on my SSEi.
She'* at 155k and not quite as "peppy" as it was.

Have been using MOA and 44k with excellent results, but the intake clean concerns me because of the Supercharger.

Thanks for any insight

No experience with BG. My favorite top-end cleaner is Sea Foam.

What is the boost gage reading at WOT? Did you have the car scanned for KR? Either of these will take the edge off your engine'* performance. When is last time you changed plugs and wires? Fuel filter? Air filter?

Due for an oil change this weekend,I'll throw the scanner on it and check for activity @ the KS....thanks.
Car is very well maintained tune-up,filters etc.

They have been playing around with gasoline around here lately, kinda what she(Mrs. is the main driver of this car) blames the dogginess on.

Any other engine I'd do the induction clean on,but there is a concern of a coating on the supercharger blades being damaged.

Use seafoam in the bike....nice job on carbs

Grab a can of MAF sensor cleaner and go to town on the MAF sensor. This usually perks engines up too.

Old thread, I know.
BG rep said "do not use induction clean on supercharged cars"

Had to personally put a bunch of miles on this car last week and worked on a GP with about the same miles, got me off my fanny to check Mrs. 2FERs car out. Her'* really has lost it'* get up and go and the abused Grand Prix felt great. I am ashamed

Found to have an open on the boost control solenoid,so she was getting very little boost....should have a new solenoid in the AM,God willing
