RC Cars
Me and the Dawnn (MissRockstar04) both got Short Course R/C Truck for Christmas. She got the 2wd Traxxas Slash and I got the brand new Traxxas Slash 4x4. Mine was on back order for over a month and I finally got it today. Here are some quick cell phone pics.

Trent...RC hobbies are awesome and it'* really easy to soak loads of money into it.
I was into RC Helicopters for awhile. Hand scratch built a 1/8 scale Bell ($1200+ in build, gyro, electronics).....fired that pig up in my front yard and realized how lethal my concoction had become when I saw that frigging blade spinning and actually could hear the thump-thump-thump of the blade tips breaking the air.
Maiden flight turned into a hard landing and tore the tail rotor up. Second flight my training down rigger got caught in a wed and she rolled over...collective and main blade were toasted. Put her all back together and sold her! Haven't flow since.

That reminds me of my RC airplanes one and only flight. Got hit by a strong gust of wind and the rudder got stuck to the right, flew in circles for a while then crashed into a tree.

Those things are awesome!
I use to have a 2wd nitro powered truck when I was stationed in Korea. Speed limit on post was 25mph. I use to race the MP'* all the time until one day it got out of range of my remote and blew through an interesection, but not before getting squashed by a Humvee.

Might i suggest a 3cm downpipe with hi flo cat. 3.4 mm MPS, series 4 flowmaster mufflers, 1/2 inch intercooler, with a ported eaton M.00090 and 4 max volt 9v batteries for your next series of mods.LOL

Mine, the 4x4, and it will do 35mph as is, Dawnn'* 2wd will do about 28. We already got an aluminum shock tower for hers because the plastic one seemed so flimsy. Both truck will see aluminum shocks on all four corners next.
