Default laptop keeps crashing on me.

I have a new toshiba laptop with windows xp that over the past few months has functioned flawlessly, but today when i went to bootup I got this error message:
http://www.geocities.com/rivieraresource/lsashell.html
after you click "don't send" the computer will basically go turtle-speed and it takes forever to do anything at all. A couple of the times I got a 'blue screen of death" that had the text " windows had to unexpectilly quit in order to minimize the loss of data and hard drive damage." Then it went on to say "all physical memory perged and tempory files erased." If I don't get that blue screen the computer seems to work O.K. (just slow) for a while, then it'll just automatically restart itself and take me to the log in screen. any ideas of what is wrong with it?

It is the sasser worm. Only problem is that now all four of my computers have it now! My laptop when you start it up can only stay on for about 45 seconds after you start it, then it restarts. my other desktops have something else going on, they say they're on the network but they all say that they can't connect to the network because they don't have sufficient access privelages. Only one of my computers (the one I'm on now) has the patch and the tool to remove it, but I can't get it on the other ones because of the 1. nonfunctional network, and 2. they can't stay connected online long enough to download the patch. i'm screwed on this one and don't know what to do. WHY DO PEOPLE MAKE THESE VIRUSES?!

How are you posting? Get the fix off another computer, and apply it following directions. Symmantec'* website has a lot of good things to get rid of this.

This one is so bad even Microsoft made a removal tool for it.
