The ladies car
 
The girlfriend and I are going to be picking up her new (to her) car today, and Im pretty happy to say its another pontiac :twisted: . Its a 2000 Grand am GT1 and looks MINT. Its her first car that she will have bought on her own so we are pretty excited.

Nice!!! just keep a lookout for the LIM gaskets, and it will be a great, reliable car.

what do you think it will end up costing to replace the LIM gasket? I dont think Ill be worryin it soon because I looked through the entire engine and saw almost no moisture, and the 45 point inspection said nothing about leaks

my buddy's shop just got around 465.00 to do one..... that was with new plugs and wires and the whole bit.

If that inspection is from the selling dealership, i'd get it inspected elsewhere before you purchase it.

great car little underpowered for the mountains but I will get another one and do a l67 swap some day but the swap car will be a coupe
