Default killed Mrs.Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme

Well, today, Alan(former BC member) and a friend of his(both mechanics) came down today to help my diagnose my cutlasses knock further. Bearing FOR sure on a connecting rod, knocks sooo badly now, much worse than befor. We messesd around with it for a bit, it got warm about 95-100 Celcius, we went for lunch, came back, started the cutlass, it instantly filled my garage with thick white smoke, all right away says uh oh, coolant big time, i drained the oil, it was FULL of collant, drained around 8 litres out of a 5 litre crank case.
Heres a screen shot i took of when is started it out side, this isnt as bad as it was when i drove it down the street to my back yard, Al'* friend said he couldnt see the back of the car, and some kids walking down the street gave me an odd look like, is it going to explode?!
The way it knocks now is more of a constant slapping sound/rattleing, then as it revs up it knocks HEAVY
Al and his friend told me to check some parts yards for 3.4s and see how much it would be to have it installed.

You DROVE it with that problem? And revved it? And for the record, Al isn't and wasn't a Mechanic. I think he would have warned you not to drive it or rev it if that were the case. The damage may have been reversible, but it isn't now.

I drove it around to my garage, then back to the yard.

Not at all. It bugs me that sucker blew. It didn't need to. I honestly think you could have repaired it, had you parked and drained it first.
