Chrysler.
The company announced it will eliminate four auto models through 2008, including the Dodge Magnum wagon, the convertible version of the Chrysler PT Cruiser, the Chrysler Pacifica crossover and the Chrysler Crossfire sports car.

I'm surprised by all but the PT Cruiser. I guess actually I'm more surprised about sales. I too think the Crossfire is a very cool looking car, just not one I'm in the market for right now. I also liked the Magnum, except for one nagging thing which is the way the roof of the car slopes to the rear. Those small windows in the back just look ugly. But I thought it sold fairly well. And I also like the Pacfica as well, probably the best of any of the crossover type vehicles IMO.

OMG yes talk about slow. The Pacifica had the 3.8 OHV that made like 185hp. Super slow, especially for a 4100lb crossover.
On the other hand, I think the Magnum and PT should stay. i see both cars all over the place here, but on the otherhand, when I was in PA, there were almost none of either car. GM seems to be the predominant car choice in PA.
One problem Chrysler has, I love Chrysler cars, but I just CANNOT stand their cheap-*** plasticky interiors. They look absolutely terrible. Rest of the car(*) are fine, except for the interiors.

Well I liked the Magnums, though the rest I didn't care for too much, especially the PT Convertible...
(The PTs are pretty nice, but they shouldn't be 'vertibles IMO, nor should a Mini Cooper for that matter...)
o well

I'm meh on the PT Cruiser Convertible and the Pacifica.
I LOVED the crossfire and the Magnum. Sad to see them go :(
Also I was reading my paper this morning and the Belvidere Plant is cutting a shift. Poor sales of the Patriot (which I do like the Patriot) and I noticed the Compass which I think is crap is selling almost 2 to 1!!!
ugh....
Pretty soon the domestics will get DESPERATE!!
