Your current projects.
Today, I'm putting a cylinder head back onto an 8 liter Hino diesel engine. In the process of replacing the injectors and cups, one of the cups got stuck in the head. Only way to remove it is to pull the head off, punch the cup out from the underside of the head and put the head back on.

It is. I'd rather pull the head off a Mack 13 liter than one of these things.
The seasoned 20+ year diesel guys in here will stop by once in awhile, shake their heads and walk away. They won't have anything to do with them.

Blegh!
For me, one of the more frustrating things working on cars is penny parts causing dollar problems.
I've never had to pull a giant diesel head for any of my issues though. Now I have perspective.
Still: Blegh!
