I'd guess either someone just turned 21. Or they just turned 18 and are not aware that Canada no longert let'* people with US ID drink even if they're 18. So I've heard.

Nope. He can legally drink in Niagara falls/ toronto where the drinking age is 19. It'* good to be only an hour away Just went up there on the 30th with a friend in the same situation as rob

He'll have no problem with driving. Some gas money and I'll drive since I don't drink, and getting back into the states is not an issue as we have never has a problem. The people at the border know that kids go over there to drink. They just watch out for the drunk driver'*. There are enough tolls there that the US makes the money on the way there and Canada makes the money while they are there.

good one
true story.
I can remeber when I turned 18 I was legal here for 2 days only.
and 1 of those days was a sunday Yes I remember the date. April 16 1979
so in other words I had 1 legal day to drink at 18
then it went to 20 then before I got there it went to 21. I had to wait 3 more years
to be legal
not that it mattered
