The back flip with all that clothing on was even more impressive. I am sure the water at Long Beach in DEC is cold, and layers of wet clothes are anchors when trying to swim. Awesome video.

I am 100% that was staged and practiced. A jump like that wasn't impromptu, and if you notice, there were already rescue boats and people in the water, right there. He wasn't in it long. He had it planned, and paced off.
