23 cent pizzas!! PICS!
Here'* the article - http://ap.google.com/article/ALeqM5j...xWKuwD90HTNJ00
As many of you may have heard, a Papa John'* store in Washington produced a bunch of T-Shirts with the Papa John'* logo, the number 23 (LeBron James) and the word "Crybaby" on it, mocking LeBron for complaining about the Wizards fouling the hell out of him.
Needless to say, that pissed off ALOT of Ohioans, so Papa John'* decided to make up for it by offering 23 cent pizzas yesterday, and donating all of the proceeds to the LeBron James Family Foundation. 23 CENT pizzas obviously were a hit, and I personally waited in line for almost 4 hours..lol. Me and my friends got 6 LARGE pizzas for $1.38. 86 stores in Northeast Ohio (Cleveland, Youngstown, Akron areas) and Columbus participated. There were police everywhere because of the volume of people! There was atleast 300 people in line when I was there. Papa Johns made over 75,000 pizzas. Heres some pics of the store I was at in Akron:

Peter, Granville may not have had them....but Newark did. So did Columbus. They were good. We got something like 30 of them at work, carpooled to the nearest place and everybody got one. The freezer at work is full of pepperoni pizzas now, and I find it vaquely disturbing that our VP didn't even have to pause for thought when we asked how many pizzas would fit in there.
Most of the stores in Columbus shut down in mid-afternoon, they ran out of supplies!
BTW, LeBron IS a crybaby........
