Default REPOST -- NY Rice

I'm reposting this since the original was lost in the crash...

Walking around NYC a few months ago, I saw this:

I definitely don't understand this. Not only is it ugly, but how is it functional around the streets of Manhattan? Does it make it easier to cut off cabbies this way?

Ok, NO WING! To many stickers too! Way to ruin a car!

I've said it once, I'll say it again...the ONLY way a wing is needed is to produce down-force on the driven wheels, which in this case, I doubt it'* RWD...he should mount it on the front hood!!!

Someone posted last time that it is RWD, but as was also said, what good does it do on the streets of Manhattan? Maybe next time he'll buy good taste with his car :(

Signs of too much money and not enough to do with it...

yep...definately RWD...ditch the wing, unless you're too cheap to use a clothes dryer

I can hardly think of any FWD car'* they've done. The GS'* and the LS'* are all RWD. I should show you the picture I have of a 1999 Lexus GS 400 doing a nasty burnout -at speed. The car was a speed-shop specialty with like 500 hp. That car is still my dream car for a imported 4-door.
