Default Minicooper *

Just got back from my buddies. He works at an auto auction. He had a 2009 minicooper * convertible for me to play around with. Took that thing for a ride, i dont think ive ever done 90 in third gear before. It was fast as hell. He said he could give it too me for $23,900 and still make quite a profit from what he got it for. Its going to an auction tomorrow to be sold for probably 29,000.

Given it'* stance and track, I wouldn't want to take it to a buck and a half. LOL. They are fun. My Mom has one, and I swear she thinks it'* one of the family. I don't fit well behind the driver'* seat.

They are very quick cars. But having such a short wheel base, I wouldn't want to run up to those speeds.

X2....short and narrow wheel stances aren't conducive to high speeds and even a moderate corner or sudden change in the steering wheel like in an emergency maneuver.
