Default IE Problems

Whenever I make an attempt to run Internet Explorer from the WIN XP start bar or shortcut buttons beside the START button, IE wont open and generates an error report.

Ironically when I click on the Error Reporting Link..IE fires up like nothing is wrong...

Does this make any sense? Any solutions?

Thanks!

I do everything on my Mac. Don't diss it...this computer is very good. It'* eight years old, but I can still outperform most of my friends' computers because I've modded this bizzotch out.
