Well, the 'furnice guy' has had to light it numerous times before.. he calls it a pilot light. Does it have one for sure? Beats the ******* **** out of me. I just want my mom to stop yelling!
Yeah, it'* pretty cold, but we don't have heat upstairs.. [no ducting], so it'* usually 53* upstairs, and 60* [sometimes 63* if my mom is feeling generous] downstairs. It'* about 48* upstairs, and 56* downstairs. It'* not too bad, yet. But if it goes overnight, it'll hit the 30'* upstairs.

I know mine has an electric pilot that burned out causing my house to get to 15* one nice february morning (night low as -20)
Can you get any more closeup pics of the internals?

I got it figured out. Our furnace is a little old [if you couldn't tell] and it doesn't have a ****.. but some little POS bolt [don't ask me how it works]. Turned it to "Pilot" lit pilot, held primer for a while, turned it "On" and walked away from furnace. Turned on tstat, with fire extinguisher in hand.. ready to save my engine parts in the basement.
Glad to say, the house has warmed up 2* both down and upstairs.. and man does it feel warm .
