yesterday it worked and today it just won't turn on.? help
its a campbell hausfield 1750 PSI pressure washer 1.8 gpm.
i used it yesterday to clean up my yard (dog poo) and it worked great.
today i wanted to degrease my engine and the damn thing just wont turn on at all.. i opened it up and looked for fuses and nothing.. but the plug that goes into the wall looks huge like there may be fuses in there so i open it and nothing but a bunch of resistors.
so anyone have any ideas on what could be wrong.? should i hard wire the plug and bypass all the resistors in there.?
i looked at the on off switch and its normal. no fuses or resistors on there either, thanks if you cna help

The large plug on that is a GFCI.
Open it up and let it air dry. There'* moisture in it. This is a common problem with AC electric pressure washers.
After it dries out, check the seal (should be a rubber o-ring sealing the two halves together) and add additional sealant to the outside if necessary.

If you have a GFCI outlet to plug it into (and only if you do) you can cut off that block and install a standard 3-prong outlet. That'* assuming the problem isn't internal to the washer.

and you mean install a 3 prong plug right not outlet.
there are 2 prongs only on my old plug not 3..and inside there are 2 wires only (black n white) not 3. would'nt you have to have 3 wires to connect a 3 prong plug to it.?
