Default nokia groove

i have been in the nokia groove ever since ive had a phone

252
5165
3586i

having a nokia phone is cool because if i ever need it charged, someone always has a nokia charger, since they are all compatible. lately i have been looking at getting rid of my piece of chit phone. my contract is done dec 17th, so im asking for a new phone for xmas. i went into midwest wireless yesterday, and they had just got a new phone. the motorola v810. the first thing i asked was does it have a flash. shes like yes, i was like wow i want it now. its like $300!!!!!!!!

i started looking at it online and found out the flash is only good for a picture 12 inches away...WTF...pointless.

this phone is still super cool, and when i get $100 credit for my phone, its not that bad a deal. so should i get out of the groove, or stay with nokia?

Nextel phones are all Motorola. I have At&t wireless, but Cingular jut bought them. I love my GSM service and Motorola V505. The pictures are remarkable for a phone, but doesn't replace my digital camera. The reason flashes aren't offered or are ineffective is that the phone doesn't have the battery capacity to provide a good flash.

Ya know, isnt Nextel nationwide now? Does that mean that anyone with Nextel Direct Connect can talk to anyone else or is it region limited? That would mean that BC club members with Nextel could easily connect.

If thats the case, you should go Motorola/Nextel

As for Nokia, I have yet to get a junky Nokia phone and I have had the 252, 5165 and now a 3360? not sure if thats the correct model number.

Forgot.....

I had 4 Nokia'* in a row. Now it'* 2 Motorola'* in a row. I don't regret the decision at all. Motorola is the absolute king of wireless communication of all types.
