as a man who has lost a close friend and close family member to suicide in 8 months take it from me if somebody you know is having a problem help any ya you can you never know just a simple hey buddy how are ya could be everything in the world im sure im not the only one who has gone through this but my uncle ended his own life early this morning and a friend of mine did the same 7 months ago suicide is the worst yoiu never get any answers or any clousre just my expression of feelings trying to keep my head up and stay afloat so please be thankful for everyday you get you only get one shot at this world make the most of it help people as much as you can and love like theres no tomorrow

you are absolutely right Steve and sometimes you get caught up in all your day to day **** and go ahh ill do it tomorrow well why wait do it today for if tomorrow never comes youll never have regrets about today
