the story goes:

bought that after my dad passed away, in 99, we bought the astro since we'd gotten a popup camper, then we upgraded in 2001 to a 25' expandable travel trailer, but back to it.. moms fiancee was driving a '93 grand am se with a 3100 engine in it (gt swap i think) and we traded the GA in on the astro, she got the astro to drive for work, he got the lumina.. he wanted a smaller more efficient car, so he got a cavalier in october of 2001, brother got the lumina.. in about 2003, he traded the lumi in on a ss monte carlo and then in 2006 right after i got my car, he traded in his '01 on an '04

i miss the '97 lumina so much, though

which car do you think is/was prettier?

I like then both, but if I had to pick, the bonnie of course.....

I used to own a 99 Lumina, too. That car had the world'* MOST uncomfortable seats.

i have to agree with you on that one! my moms/sisters car a 98 lumina has the most uncomfortable seats of any car i have ridden in

And are the easiest cars to break into

I had a 91 lumina :P and the cloth seats were very comfortable.and roomy.
but I think they changed seats with body style in whatever year that was.
