I hear ya. Sucks running premium, doesn't it? lol. although there'* less of a difference for premium at 3.20 a gallon than 2.40 a gallon compared to regular.. (there'* always a 20 cent gap so % wise, the difference is smaller.)

well,

like i said in another thread...for most average drivers, the actual dollars extra we spend per year on premium v.*. regular is approx. $120. no big deal. problem is not the premium v.*. regular difference...the problem is the base fuel prices these days!

Very interesting gallon size there for sure.

On the way home in the SLE yesterday, I needed gas BAD, as I was on fumes. The closest station is spendy, so I only put a 10 bucker in.

Got 3.1 gallons.

Their pump calibration is WAY off. Go to the gas station and get the information from the gov't cal sticker from that pump and report it.

willren...i have put 19 gallons in several times both in the buick and the bonnie...at dozens of gstations...i top the tank off...so you have to include the filler tube in that....it'* the not the pump...our cars have the room.

The most I've ever been able to squeeze in either car is 18.6 gallons in the SSEi right after my fuel pump change.
