Wouldn't that be something if it can come to production. There are alot of research projects moving forward on how to economically produce Hydrogen into viable fuels. The day is coming when that black junk the Arabs grow rich on becomes something to leave in the ground.

I really love these kind of articles that allow for comments. As you read through them you find every armchair would be, wannabe "expert" shooting his/her mouth off like they know what the hell their talking about and only their opinion or mindset counts. I feel like hunting each one down, banging on their door and telling them to STFU. Your not a genius, scientist, developer, or financier. You haven't a clue about anything but what you filter through that little monitor you think is a real portal into the world. Your opinion doesn't count, nobody listens or cares. Not even a little. 99% of us are laughing at you and the other 1% is just like you, stepping up next to have what he thinks is his "time in the sun" moment to show he'* an even bigger moronic idiot. Get OVER IT.........

KILL EM ALL BEFORE THEY BREED FURTHER!!!

I really hope this comes threw, why? Because nothing would really change, and that will actually be best. Forcing everyone to buy a new car because it uses a different fuel wont fly. Forcing every gas station to invest in holding tanks or charging stations wont fly either. But with this it'* a simple mater of using everything just like we do now, no changes, no investment, no nothing. Charging stations are a joke, if you can't drive 500 miles and fill the tank in less then 5 minuets, people wont use it. It comes down to money, and people and businesses are not interested in spending it.

What ever form hydrogen make it to passenger car use, it will definitely be same level, likely higher level of power. Hydrogen is the cleanest burning, smallest molecule chain form of energy possible. That means predictable constant combustion. Will definitely be interesting to see how known used mods will be affected by it.

Sounds more like oil companies with very deep pockets will pay off our government officials to oppose this fuel'* introduction into the US with everything they have left. After all, it does mean that they'll go out of business for good.

Then again, if this does become viable, every other country will be using it and its only a matter of time before said oil companies have no leg to stand on. I guess that'* what they get for jacking prices.

Well, I like the initiative Cella Energy has taken. History has shown us that if you come up with a viable alternative energy source, big oil companies will make an offer to buy your idea with promises of pushing it to fruition and then bury it in the basement. Cella Energy knew this and that'* why they kept development a secret until the finished product was ready. Now it'* going to become so popular that there will be no amount of money Big Oil can offer.

Big oils bet course of action is to expand in to new areas like this, then slowly ween off the oil. Then when oil use drops off, they simply shift to the new fuel. Those that start early will do far better then those who fight it.
