Well I was driving my friends car 1995 dodge avenger ES and I was doing the speed limit going through the green light strait and there was a kid with his temps and whole family in the car that was making a left turn comming the other way I seen him hesitating that he wanted to go so i tooted the horn to let him know i was there...........thinking everything was ok i continued then at the last second he tried to go I jammed on the brakes (it was raining) the tires locked up but I was to late it was locked up for a quick second..........I couldn;t swerve around him cause i woulda hit the other traffic at the red light after we hit we sat there for like 30-45 secs.............backed up and pulled over out of traffic the cops were there in about 30 secs someone called it in..........he hit me on the driver side of the car..........the car (chevy corsica) had no damage at all but we had a few minor dents a bent rim and the door was pushed in alittle not mucha at all tho my friend is happy with me he was in the car at the time of the accident........there was a x-cop that witnessed the whole thing also (the guy who called it in) My friend is happy as all hell at me cause he is sick of that car anyways and we got 2 quotes from auto-body repair shops...........One was $1500 and the other was $2100 we told them it was for insurance quote so the more the better so now he gets some phat cash and is going to sell his car cause its not bad at all the rim was bent on the outter edge and still drives fine the door is 100% workable the dents arn;t to much noticable at all the other guys who quoted said yea I made the quote high for you so when you get the money you can come back and it will be alot cheaper than that if you wana repair it. so hes gona keep the $1500-2100 and sell his car for $1500 (he bought the car 4 months ago and spent $1900 on it from a dealer
