Okay, now that is 5 of us who don't know what they are talking about. Everyone know a prop is something that holds your truck up (as in prop it up) while you work on it:

It'* a reputation system, different than the props, see the justice looking scales near the online indicator, that is where you click to add negative, or positive reputation, along with comments if desired.
Seen this on another forum I am an admin on, so that is how I knew what it was.
