Photoshop Help
I need someone to shrink a moving image for me. When I try to do it in paint the finished product never moves like the original. I think it is a .gif file if I am not mistaken.

if you get a file called fopsp.exe from a popular file sharing network *cough*kazaa*cough*, it'* a very illegal rip of a program called Jasc Paintshop Pro 7, which comes with Jasc Animation Shop 3. that'* what you need.

Why not "find" 8? I got it at home. It'* pretty good. Condisering I have no idea how to use it...
There'* also plenty of shareware gif animators out there that could work for ya.
