While recovering in the hospital a few years back from a bone graft in my right hand (5th metacarpal), the hostpital actually gave me a couple beers a day to promote bone growth.

The animal fats in milk actually DETER bone growth at a faster rate than any calcium could overcome. This is not common public knowledge, as the Dairy Lobby is second in strength only to the NRA.

In other words, Milk is actually bad for bone health in some ways, and beer may actually be better for you.

And that's all I gotta say.

whooo that works for me!!!!!!!!

Nah, only the best for me! When I'm thirsty I grab one of these:
Cherry Coke
Vault
Sobe Adrenaline Rush
or (depending on what time of day)
a nice Sam Adams

I used to be a Milkaholic and always brought my thermos of milk for lunch every day with a big glass for dinner also but when I turned 50 something happened and now my old body rejects it....lactose intolerant. :( Upset stomach and the runs.
I can only have a little with my Granola for breakfast. 8)

As Bill stated, Beer is better for me now. :D
