Goodbye Minnesota Business Academy!

If anyone lives in the downtown st.paul area, i'm sure they've heard many things about the Minnesota Business Academy in the past school year. MBA is a public charter school that was founded in 1999 by a group of contributers aimed at providing a business-curved learning experience for anyone who was interested in a different view on education. Over the past 6 years, there have been multiple financial hangup's, directly relating to low attendance and enrollment levels that never met expectations. Myself, I started my highschool career at MBA, and am now forced to find another school before the beginning of my senior year. For 3 years, MBA has provided me and 250 other students with an interesting, challenging, and entertaining experience. I know many people in the community have supported the school through all it's troubles, even the state and private funders have been very helpful, but it seems the dream has come to an end for all of us here. If anyone in the area gets the pioneer press, the story is in the local news section on the front page. Can't miss it. Thanks for reading.
