The good and the bad.
 

Well, went to the doc today because of some insane pains I have in my gut right this minute.

They pumped me full of more crap than I have ever been stuck with in the short 22 years of my life. Pushed me through a big machine that had a radiactive sign on it. Made a couple passes there.

So here is the good news. I am still alive.8)


The bad? Well. I have an infection in my digestive system which has pissed off the tissues inside. According to the doc, if I strain myself too much, it could rupture. Given that happens I have to get to a GOOD hospital(40 minutes away @ speed limit) and undergo surgery immediately :shock: . Worst case scenario? I don't want to think about it!


So that's what's new in my life. Hurts bad but that's beside the point I guess. What's new in yours?

apendix? mine ruptured and i was in the hospital for a week and out of commission for over a month...SUCKED@

I talked to Doug a few hours ago, and he's doing alright. Still in a lot of pain, and no matter which way he positions himself he can't get comfortable. Sounds like it would be miserable, but he's weathering the storm pretty well. He's going in to work tomorrow, which normally requires some physical exertion, but he'll be limiting himself to office/clerical duties. The doctors have him on antibiotics, but they didn't give him any good pain pills :?.

From what he told me, it's not his appendix. Just some kind of lower intestine infection, and as you can imagine a rupture in that region would NOT be good.

That sux. I wouldnt even go to work tomrrow. Get better soon man!!
