Going with the theme....Any one else get this? WTF?

I use Hotmail and received this directly from Hotmail (those who use Hotmail just know when the message is authentic from Hotmail...look, feel, etc. Plus it has an admin account ID from Hotmail as the return address). Anyway, I am not a paying member. I just have a standard account with only 2MB of disk space. I'm not sure why I would automatically get upgraded, but am wondering if anyone else got this??

]As a valued MSN Hotmail Member, you will receive your storage upgrade automatically in the coming days. Over the month of August we will upgrade the storage capacity of your e-mail account to 250 MB - that's 125 times your current storage limit! We will also increase your attachment size from 1MB to 10MB. This means you will be able to store and attach more than ever and it's free!

The thing I don't get about Gmail is that you get the ablity to send massive attachments, which is great. But if they are so huge, and you are sending it to anyone who isn't on Gmail also, they aren't going to have enough storage to hold the attachment and it's no different as if you couldn't send it at all. Anyone else wonder about this?
